The words at my disposal are inadequate to express how overjoyed and grateful I am for both Salim & Joseph. I cannot say how amazing both of them are! They both are great at creating an above and beyond customer experience. I want to send a special shout out to Joseph. You are truly a gem and have made my experience purchasing an E-Bike so tranquil. I had a great bike-buying experience at Johnny Velo's. The salesman, Joseph, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came into the shop twice and he remembered me and asked me more about the personal details I had shared the first time I stopped in. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and he gave me multiple options at various price points. I'm excited to go back in the future for maintenance and accessories.

Johnny Velo Bikes is my "go-to" bike shop! This is where I got my first road bike last year (2019), after a few decades of not riding a bike, and I'm glad I did! John, the owner, cares deeply about the neighborhood and the community and gets people back on bikes. Salim, the service manager, is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. He knows his stuff and has fixed my bikes time and time again. Without this shops support, I don't think I would have taken to cycling as well as I have. They sell Bianchi, Giant, and Kona bikes. They also sell ebikes from Aventon, Retrospec, and Blaupunkt. Trust them to put you on the bike that's right for you. They don't pressure and are more concerned about what you truly need in a bike. If you're a beginner or an expert, this little bike shop in Clintonville is a haven for cycling enthusiasts.

New to the sport, John and his team have been incredible in helping me navigate all things cycling. I'm under five feet tall. Finding a high-performance women's road bike small enough to fit was a challenge. Options were limited and aesthetics are important to me. John’s team went above and beyond in hunting, ordering, and then customizing the perfect bike. They also researched where I could find clothing, shoes and accessories in my size. Could not be happier with my bike and with the level of service I always receive. The staff is comprised of life-long cycling enthusiasts who are knowledgeable, personable and excited to share the sport with you. We came in last week for two lights for my son's bike Barry Gibb took great care of us. He recommended two lights that ended up working better than I anticipated which he installed. He also fixed my son's seat for a few bucks. Barry was very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices were reasonable it appears that Johnny takes good care of everybody from Amateur hour bikers all the way up to Pros. I give it 5 stars
