GO VISIT JONNY ROCK BIKES! We stopped into the Bloomington store 30 minutes before closing, on a Sunday no less, and were fortunate enough to meet the owner Jon. We learned so much about ebikes and decided to come back a week later for test rides. What an exceptional experience. Hand over your license, sign a waiver, then you’ll get a short lesson on how to operate the bike you’re sitting on. Couple of laps around the parking lot to get used to it, then it’s across the street and down a long hill to the old Cedar Bridge trailhead. What a jewel of a park that turned out to be. We could not been more impressed with the whole experience! Unfortunately, we ended up buying bikes that Jonny Rock Bikes didn’t carry, and that’s truly the only reason we didn’t purchase from him. But that will not stop us from suggesting to our friends and family to visit his stores. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Jon was inviting, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Jon!

What a great place to have your bike worked on! Professional and knowledgeable, they tuned up my ebike like brand new, hand washed it, and got it done really quick so I was back out on the road. Awesome experience! Well done Guys!

Bought bikes on-line. Jonny and Joel put them together very well. They know what they're doing! Put on other parts too to go along w/the bikes. Showed us how to use the bike rack which Jonny put together too buy we should have filmed it. Gave us some advice too. These two are pros. Very reasonably priced. We will be seeing them at tune-up time. We highly recommend.

I had a Fat Tire E-Bike drop Shipped here for assembly and setup. I could not be happier. They help select a couple of great upgrades and did a great job installing the custom rear rack, as well as the assembly and setup. After a week, I installed a trailer hitch and knocked the rear break out of alignment. They fixed my mistake with a smile.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called the Hopkins store for kid bikes and they said Bloomington has more. I called Bloomington and they said you need to come in and we would measure him. Went on and on about ensuring size, can't do over the phone. No big deal, sounds detailed, all good. Have to arrive an hour before closing to test ride. Sounds great. We arrived and the guy who I spoke to on the phone took one look at my son and said we don't have anything his size. Then I looked around the store, they didn't have any nearly close to his size. Seriously. He then offered to order one online and said, it's $900 bucks. First of all, I can order things online, I was hoping to test out a few bikes. Second, please don't look down on my like I can't afford a bike. Third, I'm happy to spend my money elsewhere. Heck I've been upset plenty of times, I've faced racists as well. But to do it in front of a kid and also let him down. You can do better jonny rock bikes. Looking at previous reviews, someone else had a similar experience,
