Reckless bicycle mechanics. Rode my bike after a brake bleed and almost died. I paid for something they never repaired, Dangerous people. Avoid this place.

Walked in looking for a Bike. Person started helping me choose and all of a sudden a rich looking guy walked in and he ignored me for 15 minutes while he brown nosed the rich guy. What an insult. Never coming back

I brought my bike in a long time ago for a full tuneup, right after we moved to Chappaqua. When I returned the I was shocked at my bill, which was over $800 of repair and tuning. I paid and stop using them because it seems they are charging significantly more than some of the other bike shops in a ten mile radius. I was considering using for a quick fix because the are so close, but after reading the reviews I am driving to Scarsdale.

Broke my rear axle while riding nearby in Graham. This place was open nearby and very nice and helpful in dealing with my annoying problem that made them no money. Ended up not having the axle in stock (no surprise as there are a million different sizes), but helped me out with another bolt I was missing. Lots of nice high-end road and mtb's.

Hands down the best bike shop I have ever been to. Most importantly the staff, and owners Paolo, Will, Julian are not only avid riders but completely knowledgeable. They are friendly and accommodating. They are always there to help. Top that off with an espresso and it is a great experience from start to finish. First class all the way. Salute!
