These guys are awesome! Make local bike shops great again. Jared, Jim and team have been helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations and fixes on many occasions for mine and my wifes mountain bikes. They have a good selection of bikes, gear and equipment. Truly appreciate their commitment to the local bike community as well as their humor and friendly way of handling questions and customers. Its pretty damn cool to walk in and immediately get a greeting from the shop owner.

Was looking to get my bicycles tuned up and repaired for the upcoming season. So I stumbled upon Junction bike and man am I glad I did! I called and spoke to Jason, and he was very polite and professional over the phone and when I went in following the phone call, he was just as polite and professional in person! His customer service was excellent and exceptional! He listened to my needs and came up with a plan of action to accommodate them! Their prices are very reasonable and they do excellent work! He is the true meaning of customer service. I'm glad I picked Junction bike for all of my bicycle needs. Thanks again, two thumbs up!

Josh helped me a ton the very first time I came! They serviced both of my mountain bikes and replaced the fork in one of them. Very nice people and knowledgeable! I recommend this shop!

I had a problem with my adult trike. I called and spoke to Jared, who was familiar with my bike model. I wasn't able to deliver it to him to work on, but he was able to come and pick it up. He charged me for that, but it was worth it as he was on time and very friendly. He pickup up the bike one morning and delivered it back fixed the next day. I thought the cost was reasonable. Would definately recommend Junction Bike for customer service and reliability.

Found these guys after reading reviews on the Hawesaholics FB page. This is a great shop! Jared and Josh are awesome! I stopped and had new tires installed, they had me done in 10 minutes. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Swing by and meet these guys and Support local businesses.
