1700 miles and 280 rounds of golf later, the Kasen Ranger still gets a lot of compliments. All thanks to the customer service and tech departments at Kasen. I’m 76 and had bad knees until rehabbing them on the golf bike. I can run again now if I have to.

If you’re scrolling through reviews, you’ll probably see a mix of opinions, which honestly surprises me! I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this company—not just once, but twice. From start to finish, their customer service exceeded my expectations. A few months ago, I purchased a Kasen Kabbit e-bike off Facebook Marketplace, but unfortunately, someone cut through two of my locks and stole it. Even though I wasn’t the original purchaser, Kasen’s customer service team still went above and beyond, helping me gather all the necessary information for my police report and insurance claim. The fact that they were willing to assist me despite not buying directly from them speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. That level of support is rare, and it truly sets them apart! When it came time to buy a new e-bike, Dylan, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, making the entire buying process fun and stress-free. He really took the time to understand my preferences and helped me pick the perfect e-bike for my style and needs. Now, four days in with my new bike, I’m completely hooked. The ride is smooth, the quality is top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a big fan of what this company is doing and wish them nothing but continued success!

I won’t be buying from kasen no more. I bought a kasen bike back in late August of last year. I bought the bike because I was in an accident July 31st and need transportation. The dealer who sold me the bike is a great guy. Told me this company is great and really care about their customers. Even gave me examples from other customers of how good there bikes are and yes there bikes are good and believed it. UNTIL 2 months in riding the bike THAT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY the rear rack broke and had cracks at the fastener locations. So I thought hey I’ll bring my bike in and get it warrantied. It took a whole MONTH and HALF just for kasen to tell my dealer they haven’t found the dealers email regarding the warranty rack AND THEN after reviewing the email and photos the SALES MANAGER told my dealer it looks as if I was riding someone on the rack that’s why it broke and that they are denying my warranty claim for the rack. First off kasen im a grown man and have no friends to be riding on my bike. Second off if you guys didn’t sell a bike with a rack made out of CHINESIUM METAL these racks would be able to carry a sandwich, chips and a change of cloths. $1900 bikes and y’all can’t get a good rack installed. I thought I found a good brand to stick too and I thought I was going to stick with this brand and buy 3 more bikes for my mother step father and father but after going through what I had to go through I don’t want to put them through that. Thank you to my dealer for being such a great guy. He even thought the sales manager was wrong so my dealer bought my rack for me.

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Bought a product, received a different product, and had to pay both shipping - to receive and return. FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT. When addressed their customer support received a very low quality response and now I'm stuck. Would never buy from them and def don't recommend doing any business with them!!!

They helped my wife buy her first electric bike. They were very attentive to all our questions and explained everything to us thoroughly. We were able to test ride a variety of models, and once we found the e-bike we were looking for, they were also available to help you with maintenance and any questions.
