Brought in 2 bikes for service and they looked and road like new when I got them back. Been in the shop three times and each time it had a very friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgeable about bikes and local trails! Able to dust up my mountain bike the day I got it back.

The team treated my son like he was the only customer that mattered. They took the time to explain and show him all of the bikes, even the ones that there was now way he would fit on but wanted to know about them. I have been an avid rider for a long time and even worked at bike shop 30 years ago. I stood back and wanted my son to have the experience of buying a bike from a real bike shop and not a department store. They blew me away with the care that they took. We ordered the bike that he finally decided on in the color he wanted. They hand held the order the whole way through. They even offered to stay open late knowing that it would be hard for me to get there before closing due to living 90 minutes away. Will continue to make the trip to the store for future needs. Have had several bikes worked on in the last year. Both services were completed and exceeded my expectations. Worked with different service techs both times and they were very professional and were extremely mindful to provide cost relevant guidance in both instances. They don't oversell and deliver as promised

I will say they shipped the bike with added cardboard inside. Very smart IMO. I have ordered 3 bikes from SE and every time the box comes damaged and once the bike was terribly damaged to where I had to send it back. SE uses FedEx. Kegels used UPS. As soon as I saw that they used UPS I knew I was in good hands. Thank yall for that!! The bike is exactly what I wanted for my daughter and was in PERFECT shape!!! They got 5 stars from me. The little added note is always a personable gesture!! Thanks
