I recently purchased my first mountain bike from Ken's Bike Shop, and my overall experience has been exceptional through and through. From ordering the bike to setting it up after delivery and making a couple of rounds of adjustments after riding it a few times, the guys there have been very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about everything I needed or wanted to know. I have been very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend these guys if you're looking to purchase or maintain a bike or looking to get accessories for the one you have. Thank you for all of your help in getting me riding!

My wife and I visited the shop and Matt helped us with finding a nice cruiser that fit my wife who is 5.0’ tall. We returned a day later to review our options, and were assisted by Robert. Needless to say, we purchased a bike for me and her. The staff makes you feel very comfortable with the selection process, and are very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this shop.

This is by far one of the best places to get work done on your bike. Not only are they incredibly skilled, but they always put the customer first. Unlike corporate bike shops, they don't care about making money. They just want you to have the best time on the bike possible, whether that be getting you a new ride or just putting air in the tires

Chuck, Ed and Rick, as well as the rest of the staff are top notch in what they do. Great customer service, timely repairs or tune ups on bikes, knowledgeable, friendly and know bikes like the back of their hands! Took two mountain bikes in for their tune up service. I received a text letting me know my bikes were ready. When I came back to the store and saw the first bike, a Huffy MB, not only was I surprised by how cleaned it look, but shiny too! Shifting was smoother and rides almost like new. The other bike my Trek which I purchased in California 18 years ago was also spic and span like new again! I was like, WHOA, IS THAT MY BIKE? Ed who's been working in the bike industry for some time was tickled by my reaction! I'm planning to bring my touring bike a Uni-Vega Baby Sky Blue to them, which: I've had since 1980-81 which I used to ride when I lived in CA. That's one Bike I'll never will depart from. Too many good memories riding in the CA hills of Berkeley, Oakland, Tilden Park. Catching the Bart train system and going over to San Francisco an doing Nob Hill, Fort Mason and The Golden Gate Bride! A BIG THANK YOU to Ken's Bike Shop and All the Staff! Best Bike Shop East of the Mississippi!

Provided great service and worked with me to get both my and a friend’s bike tuned up quickly before a long touring ride! Everyone in the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them for all your bike related needs!
