This was my first experience in any bike shop since owning my own bike; I thought I had a flat but Zach, who was extremely friendly, saw that the problem was with my tubes. Service was super quick and my particular issue was very affordable. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the area (or not), and this'll likely be my bike shop for the foreseeable future.

I took my bike to have the gears fixed, and I think they did a very good job, and they were very honest with the prices. They left my bike looking like new

Great bike shop!! Not pretentious like some shops, take time to diagnosis and educate, and even offer workshops in the fall! I had the pleasure to work with Zack, who was knowledgeable, fast, and kind. He even gave my bike a little TLC with greasing the chain and pumping the back tire even tho I came in just for a front tire flat. He also spent the time to demo to me the underlying issue for my sporadic terrifying loud tire pops. Thank you, Zack! AND they even have a fund to help cover flats for people who need a little help. Like who are these dudes?! Highly recommend.

Great overall experience. Called in for a flat back tire 2 hours before closing and they took me right away as a walk-in. They took the time to explain what caused the flat and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again all in about 10 minutes. New tube for my tire and a new rim strip for under $30. Employees were very kind, helpful and informative. They also said if anything happens with the bike in next 2 weeks they'd take It back and fix it. I highly recommend them!
