KHS typically only deals with bike shops or dealers not any individual customer. However, after learning about the frustration and the miscommunication I had with the bike shop, Vince went above and beyond and found me a replacement for my dead battery that the bike shop thought I was ready to throw away. However, I really care about it a lot even if it was dead, as this specific type is very hard to find in the market and there is a shop in Walnut city that can repair it. The replacement that Vince has found me not only saves me such a big headache but also my relationship with the bike shop. He has reinforced my confidence in their brand and done an excellent post sale service that other manufacturers would not bother to do. I am absolutely elated with what Vince has done. THANK YOU, VINCE!!!

I just got off the phone with Vince, and he absolutely went over and above what any normal bicycle company would do for their client. I needed a very specific part and I needed it quickly, Vince found the part and ensured an overnight delivery. He seriously made me believe that there are still GREAT people in this world!!! I love the biking community, everyone just wants you to succeed.

I made a $400 dollars order from $1000 credit line . Asian lady didn't want to approve , and demand payment. She said a order too little. I am a small bicycle shop :Fitos bike shop. I am been a customer for more than 10 years , and always paid my invoices. I ask for this credit because I really need it, I didn't receive grants or PPP loans, been taking the hits with the help of the lord. I have 3 kids, and with this pandemic, everything is harder for us. But I is ok . God bless you .
