The people here really seem to know what they're doing and try to do your best to help you and your bike. My bike felt good as new after leaving it with them for a few minutes. Their dog is also very sweet and will love to spend time with you while waiting for your bike.

Just picked up my e-bike from getting tuned up and brakes fixed. Was a little nervous finding the right shop since this is my 1st ebike. But now it looks nice and new just like when I bought it; and rides even better. Very happy I found this bike shop. And it's right next to a bike lane so very convenient. I've been to other bike shops in the area and they just left me feeling awkward, no positive interactions. As a female I feel confident coming here knowing the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and not trying to upsell me or rip me off. This is definitely the only bike shop I will go to from now on. Plus they have a super cute chihuahua.

Wonderful bike shop, highly recommend. They worked on my Cervelo S5. The work was outstanding. This shop will not scam you and they seem super honest. They don't upsell the parts. What you pay for the parts is how much they bought it for. The labor cost was also reasonable. I just moved to Silver Lake, so this will be my bike shop from now on...

Paula and her team, including Frijol, the Chihuahua, are really amazing. From the moment I walked in the door to rent a bike, they greeted me with kindness. With no advance notice, Paula set me up with a nice road bike on the spot and offered plenty of local routes to explore. Can’t recommend this place enough. Really great group of people.

I moved recently and had to find a new bike shop. So glad I came across this place!! Everybody that works here is super friendly and they charge very fair prices as well :)
