Santa Cruz Chameleon AL R MX / Navy, XL I realize 5 stars is the standard highest rating but Landis Cyclery gets 10 stars in my book. This is why: - communication about my order was timely, honest and assuring - On inspection, I found that the bike build was flawless - Time was taken to carefully apply protective vinyl sticker on certain areas of the frame to protect it for while it was in transit - Careful and thoughtful packaging with minimal foam, tape and cardboard. The contents of the box did not move and there was zero damage - Good choice of delivery partner. UPS rendered lightning fast delivery and politely wheeled my package into my garage - Unbeatable and very generous price for a closeout item I feel incredibly fortunate to have received a high quality product and world class service at an extremely affordable price point. Purchased my first road bike, brought it home, and rode. Realized I wanted a different size. Went back to the shop and they switched it out for a different size without any hassle. The new bike will have to be ordered and built, but they got it from another Landis Cyclery within Phoenix. Great experience. These guys know what they're doing. Would definitely trust them.

I purchased a bike online as a present for my son. Turns out it was too big. Called and talked to the store staff, and then Laura. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to set up an exchange quickly. Highly recommended!

Hank was very helpful when we came into the shop to look at a closeout model bike. While it wasn’t assembled, he offered to build one that we could come back and check out without the commitment to buy. Later that Saturday afternoon, we were contacted and we went back to check it out. My son loved the bike and we bought it. They are also including a free 90-day bike tuneup. Thank you so much for providing great service!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The staff is exceptional. They are willing to help you find what you're looking for or don't know you should be looking for. If you want to talk bikes, local racing, custom builds or the right bike off the peg this is a shop you should consider. Plain and simple, these guys are approachable, love bikes and have very good stock of top brands that you can actually touch. That is something you can't say about a lot of other bike shops these days.
