Great service. Very friendly. I liked that they helped me with the door while I dragged my chonky ebike through it. Not necessary but a nice gesture! Service prices (tune up and brake replacement) seemed totally reasonable. Bit of a scary location for a bike shop, very car-centric with big roads. But I was able to navigate it fine coming from the Somerville direction, even during the snow.

Great selection and inventory of bikes and bike accessories. Staff is very knowledgeable and helps you weave through all the questions you might have. Greg Hoffman went over and above getting me on the right E-Bike. Finally settled on a Benno 46er cargo bike. Perfect bike for me collecting and carrying driftwood for my art projects and faithful Cocker Spaniel, "Sunny".

The Landry's team is thoughtful, kind, and super knowledgable. I am new to road biking, and they helped me figure out what I wanted and learn the basics in a way that only made me more excited to hit the roads. One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had!

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I brought in my wife’s wheelchair hoping that the tires can be fixed due to a flat. The guys in the service/repair station were lifesavers. My wife and I were traveling from out of town and she is wheelchair bound, it would have been a disaster in terms of her mobility of the tires were not fixed. The service/repair station staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me the problem and explained how it would be fixed. The only problem is the tube size needed was not available. The techs were very smart and crafty, these guys made a way for the available tube to work. These guys worked fast and precise. My wife and I are very Grateful. The techs were extremely professional and kind, I am nothing but grateful for them in trying to fix our problem.
