Moved to LB 4 months ago, came into the Shop for a simple tune, fantastic shop, highly competent tech staff and they also have a Great selection of gear and bikes. Converted my MTN bike tires to street hybrid, rode the tires for 10 minutes no Bueno. I got a full refund and a smile. Just had a new chain and rear cassette installed, they did a quick tune For Free! I tell everybody I know "this is the Place" where my next bike will be purchased, in Person the Old Fashion Way🏆Shout out to Malcolm, Warren and the Crew🥋

I have lived in Long Beach for 35 years. This is the best bike store we have ever had. The level of care and customer service that Mike and the crew provide is best-in-class. Not to mention they have beautiful bikes! I never write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one. I've bought 3 bikes here for myself and my family and I couldn't be happier :)

I stopped in twice this week. Each time the owners and workers took their time to answer all of my questions, offer advice, and allow me to try different bikes. They took the time to set up each one so that I would have the best experience. They did not pressure me to make a decision or to upsell me in anyway, which is important to me. The owner was nice enough to share his personal experiences with me as I tried to decide between a gravel and hybrid bike. After my decision, he helped me to pick out necessary and specific accessories for my bike and even offered a complementary maintenance training so that I would understand how to care for the bike, change tire, and do a patch in the future if I need to. He showed me how to properly transport the bike and gave me some basic maintenance tips before leaving. As everyone knows, a bicycle is not cheap, but the price was comparable to what I saw online and that other dealers. If you are looking for a bicycle of any kind, I would highly recommend Long Beach bicycles. It’s nice to buy local and know that they are there if something goes wrong. Just took my new bike out for a ride and could not be happier. Hope you have the same experience.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for a bike here. Armando helped me out and he was soo help and knowledgeable. He explained the different bike options and what was best for the type of riding I intended to do. He adjusted the seats and handle bars and let me take the bikes for a ride in front of the store which was great because I knew right away which bike was right for me. I purchased my cute new bike and he sized everything for me and made it sparkly clean right there in just a few mins. The other 2 guys were so helpful and laid back..nobody was pushy and that’s super important when shopping for something you plan on using for years! I already recommended this place to a friend, I hope she goes!

🎊🎊🎊I have to say that I was very worried about purchasing a bike this time because I have been suffering with some bad health problems that have me moving slowly. I can say that the salesmen were all so patient with me. They helped me to pick the best bike to provide easy access. Helped me get on and waited until I was able to mentally convince myself of how to get off. I picked my bike up today and they went over every thing. Cesar, Max and another kind fella(sorry his named escapes me) gave me back my confidence. This is a great place of business. I will ride that bright orange bicycle in representation of everyone suffering with multiple sclerosis. I love this place. 👏🏾👏🏾 so many bikes to choose from.
