Happy to have found Marblehead Cycle. They brought my bike back to good working order in a few days and repaired a bent fender so I didn't need to have it replaced. The location is convenient. The scheduling was easy, and the customer service was great.

Fantastic team, very knowledgeable and very patient. I bought a gravel bike from them online. They have a flexible policy and allowed me to come in to test ride the bike before finalizing the purchase. Two weeks later I gave them a call quite late in the day on Friday to get help with picking components for an additional wheel set I was looking to purchase for road biking. The tech was super patient, and gave me a quote for all the components. Losing a star just because the bike was a little dusty, tires showed signs of some use, which could have been cleaned up before sale. But customer service was top notch and I gladly drive up there from Boston to get bike work done.

Great service. They're not full of themselves like city (Bos/Cam/Somerville) shops can be. Definitely the first place I'll think of for tuning and repairs.
