Shopping at Max’s for our new e-bike was so easy! Sales person had answers for all our questions, let us test ride as many bikes as we wanted until we decided on one, prices are great, and you can ride away with one same day if you want - no assembly needed!

This place exceeded every expectation I had. I brought in a bike that needed a replacement brake handle. They didn’t charge me, and they checked out the entire bike to make sure it was safe and up to par. They also have a plethora of styles of new bikes that had me thinking maybe I should upgrade. 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys and this place.

We stumbled upon this shop and were so glad we did! After being burned with 2 online purchases, it was nice to be able to see the bikes in person. John was super helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The selection was impressive and he helped me pick the right bike for me. I ended up getting a Velotric Discover and freaking love it! Highly recommend Max's.

What a great bike store full of bikes you can actually ride. The owner John and his staff were very helpful and patient in getting me just the right bike. I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable these people are about Electric Bikes.

I am very satisfied with my e-bike from Max's. The staff, John and Ryan, gave full attention to my wife and me assisting us in selecting a model from many on display. They allowed us to ride many, adjusting and testing each. Additionally we purchased a bike-rack which did require some fit-up. The Hollywood rack was a bit awkward for step through bikes, but we were readily assisted by John and Ryan. Having ridden our Velotric Discover 2 bikes several times for familiarization, we are very satisfied with Max's Electric Bike shop and Velotric Bikes. I would suggest that a prospective buyer should not buy on-line, but rather, visit Max's to experience all of the characteristics and nuances of an e-bike.
