I initially went in to see if someone could assemble a bicycle I was trying to buy online, but Gregg listened to my needs and guided me to a different bike. He listened carefully to my needs, asked questions, and had me sit on a few of the bikes in the store. He gave me several options that would fit what I needed, and I bought a Trek Marlin 7. Gregg brought to my attention things that I never considered, but made a big difference. Things like adding a kickstand and saddle options. I ended up buying a Trek saddle online that was shipped to the store for free. Gregg put the Trek saddle on my old bike's seat post, and my old bike's saddle went onto the new Marlin. When I picked up the bike, I was treated to an overview of the features of the bike. I learned about the fork lock, hydraulic disc brakes, the Presta valves, the shifting system, chain maintenance, and pointers on removing the wheels. Gregg pointed out some issues with my bike rack that I never noticed and offered potential solutions for it. The whole experience was so refreshing. Gregg was an amicable and personable bike professional who truly puts the customer first. His advice was well-intentioned and not pushy at all. The education alone was worth the price of admission. We purchased our Trek bikes about a year ago and can't say enough about Greg and all the time he took with us. He never made us feel rushed, has a teacher's heart in the arena of bikes and bicycling, and as newbies, treated us as if we had been riding for years! He provided great instruction on all aspects of the bicycle from wheels to shifting gears and beyond! We have had immense pleasure riding the rail trails in the state of Ohio and it's been a great investment! Greg recently helped us with a purchase of a bike rack for a hitch which has made traveling longer distances easier instead of transporting the bikes in the van, and again, he took his time explaining everything. We can't say enough about Greg's knowledge and expertise. His shop is such a throwback to earlier years when customer service was valued as much as the actual purchase. Thanks for all your help, Greg! We love our Trek bikes and the ride is everything we thought it would be and more! Buy local, Medina, and tell your families and friends about Medina Bicycle Shop! Gregg was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very happy I choose Medina bike shop. Gregg spends a lot of time setting up the bike to make sure it’s perfect when it leaves. I purchased a Trek FX3 and would highly recommend Medina bike shop

Medina Bicycle is the best! The owner Greg is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in helping me decide on the perfect bike for me. Beyond that, he is also meticulous in making sure that everything is set up perfectly. I was very impressed and absolutely love my new Trek! Thanks Greg!

Went there from the advice from a very respected Acquaintance and all I can say is Thank you for the recommendation ! Folks, the owner Greg is truly one of the most passionate individuals I have ever met. Cycling is his passion and it shows. I spent my first visit at his shop talking with him about my goals and what I needed out of a bike . The next thing I know I had been there a hour or so and learning things about cycling and bikes in general. He wasn’t pushy at all and really made the entire process so positive. Yes I bought a bike from Greg and when I picked it up after he put it together I was in shock that he was closing yet stayed two hours afterwards to make sure I understood so much about my bike and what to look out for on the roads. I know there are great bike shops out there but I believe this owner sets apart from all the rest. If you are ever in search for a bike and seriously looking to buy one do yourself a favor and take some time to stop in and check it out.
