Highly recommend this LBS. Got a new bike here, whole process was very streamlined and smooth with minimal hiccups. Despite supply chain shortages (out of bike shop's control), I was very satisfied with the whole experience and picked up the new build to my satisfaction. Thanks for everything!

Mend went above and beyond for my family. Besides replacing the defective break on our electric cargo bike, Mend negotiated with the bike vendor directly to secure a replacement part and got the vendor to cover all the costs, including labor. It was a complex, lengthy repair, and Mend kept me up to date by text (thank you, Emily!) which was very convenient. I highly recommend Mend and they have certainly earned my business going forward. Great LBS (local bike shop) with particularly good mechanical service. Fixed my wonky wireless derailleur (I think the hanger was bent) while I waited, and even showed me the dumb mistake I had made threading the chain in a friendly way (which has not always been my experience with bike mechanics). After the fix, my bike (SRAM AXS) shifts smoother than it has in... years? I liked the place so much I bought a helmet too at a reasonable price. Will be back.

First time going with this local bike shop, and they did a great job! My commuter bike was years out of maintenance shape and needed a lot of work. James and crew were fast, friendly, and fair, and the bike rides like new. I had called another bike shop I'd used before and they said it would take weeks to even look at the bike. I called (mend), and had it back 5 days later completely clean and ready to roll. Will definitely go to them first next time!
