Came in looking for some bike accessories, staff was very knowledgeable, unfortunately they were very condescending and not very encouraging to a new rider. Prices were good. Overall a good spot to go if you’re deep into the lifestyle it seems. Just wish they were a bit better at customer service. Edit: Much better experience following visit, had an Accessory I was looking for that was out of stock on all the online shops!

Every time I’ve been here, the customer service is fantastic. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. Archie has done my fork and shock work on my mtn bike a number of times and does an amazing job. They also get involved in community bike projects like local racing and trail building. I love coming here and supporting them!

Really great neighborhood shop with full array of services. They did a wonderful job chasing the bottom bracket threads on a couple steel frames. They did the work on fairly short notice, honored my request to have it done while I waited, and the cost was extremely reasonable. On top of that they were super polite and professional. Will absolutely go there again for similar needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Noticed a broken spoke during my ride and stopped by here for the first time. Repaired and out the door for a fair price in under 30 minutes.

Just a great all around bike shop. Incredibly friendly, nice, welcoming, and inclusive. I take my bike in once a year for repairs and tune ups and every time I get a new bike back and feel great about the whole experience. A great community asset. Thanks for all you do, Metropolis.
