On a whim, decided I needed a new bike and spent an entire day browsing through several Scheller’s and other bike shops all around Louisville. Middletown Cycling was my last stop and felt defeated that I wasn’t able to find a good hybrid bike for myself. Immediately, I was greet by the owner, Ross who showed me several bikes that fit my needs (including budget) and even let me test-ride them all. Ross made the process of buying a bike very straight-forward yet personal to make sure it fit my needs. Was very pleased with my experience at Middletown cycling and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike!

I visited Middletown Cycling to purchase an inner tube for my wife’s bike. This would be the second tube I popped trying to fix a minor problem, after bursting the tube I purchased from them I just brought the entire wheel and tire in. John not only replaced my inner tube but he checked my pump gauge for free. I really appreciate this kind of service these days. Thanks John!

Wonderful first experience! Jendy helped me select a great first mountain bike and the gear I needed. They had a much better selection than the two other shops I looked at recently. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my beginner questions! No pressure to buy anything extra and helped me pick out the gear that fit me perfectly instead of trying to steer me towards the pricier items. I have a feeling this is only the first of many trips to Midtown Cycling!

Ross and JJ could have sold me a couple tires. They gave me the benefit of their experiance instead ; which cost nothing. They seem to be more focused on customer service rather than just ringing the till....rare! Much appreciated !!

I bought a $100 massage gun for $40, best customer service, guys, especially Juan helped me to decide which bicycle will be best for me.
