This is a very welcoming and friendly place if you're just getting into cycling. My partner and I did some research initially on bikes, but nothing beats going to the experts and getting that human interaction and recommendation. Christina and the team were all very helpful in every aspect of the purchasing experience, from sizing, test rides, and expertise. We're more than pleased (ended up buying two Kona Dew's) and will DEFINITELY be back for our monthly tune-up (included for free)!

Very friendly and knowledgeable! I just brought my bike in for a flat tire. They fixed it within 10 minutes for a fair price. My bike has never worked better!! Thank you!!

I’ve gotten all my bike service here and they do a pretty good job. Never had a complaint, but they don’t work on every bike you bring them and unfortunately left me walking home with a broken bike. lol!

Bought a gravel e-bike and have had several other bikes that I did not buy from there serviced. Every experience has been great. The service techs all seem very knowledgeable and finish the work quickly.

Went into the shop when they opened. Great service and very friendly. Bob worked on my bike and Pat answered my questions about possibly getting new tires on my mountain bike for trail riding. Very knowledgeable and store is put together ver well.
