Came in 15 minutes before closing, was greeted within seconds. Told the guy I needed my back wheel straightened out, he threw it up on the stand and got right to work. While I was waiting another guy saw me checking out the skateboards and made sure I had been helped. Service tech was done in less than 15 minutes, cost me $16, and he held the door open for me when I left. Before this, I took the bike to Dick's Sporting Goods, where I made the original purchase. They held it for two days with no update. When I finally called to ask about it, they told me they don't actually have anyone there who can true a wheel. Go to Moab.

I was traveling and in town for work with my bike. Got a flat tire. Stopped in here for a new tube and quick tune up. There were able to take care of everything in a matter of minutes. The store has a nice selection of bikes and accessories as well. I was kept busy checking them out while they worked on my bike. I would definitely go there again for anything I need.

Really appreciate MOAB. We bought a used bike at a yard sale, and needed some parts but knew nothing about the detail or the options. They were friendly and helpful over the phone and when my wife stopped in they got her set up with the right tube, a really comfy seat, and even gave us a couple reflectors for the kid's bike (which we of course expected to pay for). This is definitely where we'll buy our bike stuff from now on.

My wife's bike had a flat tire. We took it to Moab today and they found a leak in the inner tube. Had the bike fixed while we waited. Thanks to Chris for the great service on our bike. We will return in the future for any bike needs.
