We have had nothing but issues with our Basalt that we got in Nov 23’. The crank arms have fallen off, the barrel plug on charger has broke, the rear wheel hub motor had to be replaced. The worst is the battery melted and they refuse to replace it under warranty claiming it was liquid intrusion. The battery connections are at the bottom of the bike by the crank arms. They expect you to only ride the bike in fair weather conditions. Avoid this place. Do not buy from them. We certainly regret it.

My wife and I had a great experience buying 2 bikes in their Black Friday sale. Very easy to work with Draven who sorted us out with great deal. Looking forward to riding our new Mokwheel electric bikes.

So decided to pull the trigger on a couple ebikes, watched numerous YouTube videos on top 10 ebikes and mokwheel seemed to always pop up in one of the categories. Was going to order online, then I noticed they actually had a brick and morter, so I decided to head over and put my eyes on it and take a test ride. Met up with Steven, and he set us up to test the different models. Done deal... great product and great service. Now remember I have only had the bikes for one day, I will fallow up with another review after a few hundred miles or so.

Yesterday I purchased my first e-bike the Obsidian. Stephen the store manager helped me with this deal. He had the bike checked out and battery charged. I needed some issues taken care of with the bike rack and Stephen contacted the manufacturer and resolved that issue. Looking forward to some long weekend rides Thank you Stephen Regards Jon

Amazing bikes, and awesome customer service. Bought two Basalts. We are really happy with them so far. They were exceptional in our delivery time as we were told five business days and receive them within two. Fully assembled and ready to go.!
