Great experience! Called to ask about a particular bike that was listed in stock and they quickly confirmed. Made it in a little later that day and was immediately helped, talking through the bike and getting some additional details. Staff was friendly and helpful the entire time, on top of being very easy to talk to. Will definitely be back.

The crew at Mountain Road are incredibly friendly and always helpful. They've repeatedly helped me keep rolling on my very old Reynolds steel bike, and do some minor upgrades along the way. Most recently, they helped me to get my bike working properly with my new Wahoo Kickr. The outcome is that my bike (old 9-speed road bike) not only works beautifully with the Kickr, but its drivetrain even got generally smoother thanks to their attention to detail. Just awesome! Highly recommend this place. You might even get a chance to pet a cute doggo while there! Super thankful we have this gem of a shop so close in Chagrin.

Super knowledgeable, super friendly, super cool, great collection! If you’re from this area and need a bike, don’t go anywhere else.
