I came on a Sunday ,it was open and ready to fix my tires , Caleb did a great job!!and everyone else in the store was very helpful, and my two boys got some free bike lights!! 100% recommend

I can't comprehend how I feel, I paid 55 dollars to get my bike tube patched, my bike is an electric bike so I'd assume it was harder to work with, but turns out it's the same crap as a regular bike tube. They had told me they are putting a cardboard on the tire as a patch while they wait for a thick 20-inch tire to arrive. But the problem was that they were gonna charge me an extra 50 to replace the tire. I would NOT come here to get them fixed. Edit: THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE MY TUBE, THEY LITERALLY JUST STOLE 55 DOLLARS FROM ME

I made two purchases a month ago. I had problems with both purchases, they charged me and I don't have the products. I haven't had any responses from email, Instagram or the web chat. I'm still waiting for a response. I had good experiences years ago but now I'm disappointed with the service.

alright i ordered a throne bike a couple days ago and it says it ships 1-5 business days. so i read some reviews and some i read were the bad ones so i called them. yes it wasn't in stock but thats not their fault. i always suggest calling the company that you just spend quite a bit of money towards. it happened to me and today i drove 2 hours to the shop and i just grabbed another throne that was in stock. Great customer service from all the guys and offered to set it up since i brought my own wheel in to tighten the cog. when you order just call to see if they have it in stock. they are a very busy shop. look at all the bikes in stock. mines the abstract

Terrible company. I ordered two wheels a chain and pedals august 15th. My order has never shipped, no one answers emails, and no one answers the phone. This shop is a scam they took my money and never bothered to ship my order and they never respond to anything. Use another shop these people are thieves. I only gave them one star because I can't go any lower.
