I have known Mr. Bill for many years. I have bought two bikes there, as well as my family members. I recently acquired an E- bike and I am extremely satisfied. They took good care of me even when the company where the bike came from , kept changing their deals. The staff is committed to serve you which is why I keep coming back. Work is done in a timely matter and to add to my experience ; they have the most amazing and friendliest dog that helped my shopping experience be a pleasant one. Places like Mr. Bill's are the reason it's so important to support local small businesses. You won't get the kind of personal attention and expertise you get here at any big box store or online. I needed to pick out a Christmas gift for someone, and needed to talk with someone who knew what they were doing to help me find the correct part that would fit their bike without having to risk returning the incorrect one etc. Couldn't have had a better experience. I hope they're around the next 100 years. Support the small guys!

When you shop at Mr. Bill's, it feels like the customer is truly their priority. Bill and his staff are very informative during the bike selection process. They also offer a lot of services once you've purchased your bike, including annual tune-ups and free accessory installs.

Called on the phone to see if they had the bike we were looking for, an SE Maniac Flyer. Sold out everywhere, limited edition and out of production. They had 1 and it wasn’t assembled. Told Bill my son and I were heading right over. No name given, no deposit, just “we’re on our way”. When we got there Bill had his hands full with about 3 other customers. My son, who was dying to get on this bike, says “Dad! Look over here!”. Bill had already assembled the bike and had it out and ready for us to see it. We waited for him to finish with his other customers and then he took the bike back into the shop to double check everything. While he was working he explained what we would need to do to correctly maintain this beautiful bike. He was patient and courteous even though he hadn’t stopped working since we walked in. Really something special to see a person who takes pride in what they do. You don’t get that kind of care from ordering something online to save a couple bucks. Look forward to coming back for the free service offered to maintain this bike for the next year. Definitely recommend for anyone who appreciates the personal touch. Thanks Bill

We have really tried to support Mr. Bills in business. Purchased 4 bikes there ,over the past 10 years and have taken them back for repairs and tune ups. My wife’s seat and hand grips wore out and she went in to see and or order new ones, told by Bill he would get back to her, after 3 times inquiring and stopping in today she was treated like he didn’t care. Sorry to say but you are forcing yourself out of business not your customers. Maybe try some humble pie, it goes a long way. Best of luck , lose the attitude.
