Don’t trust these “ good”reviews THEY ARE FAKE. Don’t be fooled by these scamming garbage. Charged me 45 dollars for a piece of literal plastic that almost exploded my bike on the way home. They are suspicious because they wouldn’t let me try it out before I paid. One star for the refund or it would have been 0. This is the face of greed down below

Unbelievably Rude and unhelpful!!! The lady that answers the phone is super rude and unprofessional. I called first to find out if they had what I needed before going there. She said she had it. I decided to call other stores in the area to see if they had the item at a cheaper price before making a far trip by foot. Every phone number that I called of ebike stores close by got forwarded to their number for some reason. I don't know if they are trying to game google maps or what, but the point is, every so called e bike store I called in the area, the same lady answered the phone, than she had the nerve to get an attitude and hang up on me multiple times. I headed over to the store.. When I finally got there, she didn't have what I needed after saying she did multiple times and hanging up on me... Super super rude and unprofessional, avoid this place if you wanna avoid wasting your time and head aches!

chinese lady that works here shes the best she gives me better discounts then the other stores. do not go to the one in 103rd st they are scammers. i always fix my scooter here and they do a great job

If you aren't Chinese or of Asian orientation don't go there. (They are so bad they have to do fake Google reviews lol) They over price everything and anything all their fees drastically change all the time, they purposely leave something disconnected so you come back and they overcharge the few inexperienced riders. Smh 👎🏼 if I can give 0 stars I would. If it's an absolute emergency and your close by go ahead and inquire about their fees and if you do go to them for assistance, make sure you don't leave your bike with them unattended. 1/5 ⭐👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. If they say I don't go there it's clearly a Lie. Because the owners name is Monica who also has a store on Higgins and Prince St in Flushing, Yeah Also don't go there!!! What a Joke for a business who centers themselves around customer service. They have other stores run by English speaking staff who actually do help. I advise you go to their location instead. 😠😠😠 to all my Riders out there Ride safe 🙏🏼 and stay sucker free!

Honestly I hope these types of shops go out of business. I was going somewhere else and saw this place and though "Hmm let me see if they have good stand scooters" I walked inside and instantly the energy was like I opened a door to hell ! It was Hot, Stinky and filled with evil faces. I asked the man nicely if he could give me a rundown of the prices of scooters. He goes to the first one and says $3000 dollars.. "Yeah ok" So as this man continues on his imaginary pricing I then ask for the price of them again and he forgets the nonsense and then gives me new prices. I hate places like these ! Be nice and treat people nice these stores will be a thing of the past soon so treat the customers with some respect.
