I've taken my bike several times over several years. The employees are always friendly and ready to help. They always do the repairs on time and very reasonably priced. I've recommended them to family and friends. They too shared the same positive experience when taking their bikes there.

The absolute, best bike shop ive EVER been to. Honestly! They are truly are the nicest, most knowledgeable bicycle dudes in WA state (maybe even the world?). I highly recommend you stop by if shopping for a mid-high end bicycle!!!!!

Peter and his team are great, whether a quick derailleur adjustment or stripping down a frame for repair. The only place I shop for bikes have bought my last 8 from them. Great selection of rocky mountain & specialized bikes in all sizes.

I came here because my daughter had to go potty and no other store was willing to let her use their restroom. The staff here was so friendly and had no problem letting us use their restroom. Very kind people and clean shop! Will definitely come back for any bike needs.

The absolute best service! I came in with a wild chain issue regarding my new ebike, and the folks here solved the issue with a smile. I'm not an experienced cyclist and felt pretty dumb, but there wasn't a hint of condescension or anything; just genuine people who wanted to help. Thanks, guys!
