What a great local shop. Doug and his wife were so friendly. Brought in a bike that needed to be sorted out (wheel way out of true, bent rear derailleur and hanger, broken shifter, and a few other things). He got it done quick at a fair price. He knows his stuff and we had a great conversation about bikes. He's got some nice bikes in stock too. Definitely recommend coming here and support a local shop.

I had a wonderful experience working with Doug. He’s very knowledgeable and honest. He spent a lot of time with me discussing bikes and helping me find the right one for me. I’ll be back to him for all my bike needs.

My experience with Doug at Norwood Bicycle has always been outstanding! Doug is a pro at bicycle mechanics making old bicycles new again and tweaking high end bicycles for best performance!! I have been a customer for over 25 years and was again thrilled with the excellent repair work done on my bike this past week.
