I had a super awesome experience as a first timer to the shop and visitor to the area. Best name for a bike shop ever - passed by and quickly had to find parking to go poke around. Extremely helpful staff & gave great local recommendations for riding nearby. Amazing stock of gravel, MTB, and BMX bikes! I’ll be paying them a visit again and reaching out to see if I can get a locals tour of the trails when I return! Thanks again, guys!

Great to have a local bike shop like On Your Left. Have bought a few bikes here and always a great experience. Here Derek is showing my son all about his new ride. Very informative and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!

Gerrod set up my cyclocross bike for the 2024 season and I could not be happier with it. He walked me through my options based on value and what I was looking to accomplish. The work was done quickly, with a few updates a long the way, and the quality of the work was second to none. It's like a new bike and really maximized my performance.

I’ve been going to this shop for 4 years now. No one, and I mean no one, in the city does it like they do. From the knowledge the guys have about any discipline of riding or racing, to their superior capabilities as bike mechanics, to customer service where they will go the extra mile for you every single chance they can. On Your Left is the best shop in the Louisville/Jeffersonville area and I will always send people here whenever they are looking for a bike shop.

The crew at OYL is very educated and detailed when it comes to product and tech knowledge and is where I go when I have obscure questions or difficult tech issues. Their shop and service area is clean and meticulously organized for a seamless experience. Lately, they have worked closely with me on proper bike fit needs taking the time to ensure I’m confident in decisions that require more investment and it has been beyond worth it.
