The excellent service, knowledge & demonstrations about the different e-bikes is summed up this way -The Best. I had 400miles on mine & a bolt or something came loose (I wasn't in any danger) I had a rattle it's like new now. Can't wait for my next ride. The cost of the maintenance & repair was reasonable. They sell bike racks as well. So go you'll be impressed too.

I get all my bicycle work done at O.R.E. Outdoor Recreational Equipment. The have the parts and mechanical knowledge, and repairs are done quickly. Very satisfied with their service.

First time getting into mountain biking. They hooked me up!! Awesome guy(didn't catch his name). Extremely knowledgeable, patient and very kind! We'll be going back for any and all outdoor equipment needs.

The owner is not the best mechanical, I ask for a part, & his response is it's for keeping the dirt out the bearings, no it keeps the crank arm from coming off.
