This place is top notch!! Just picked up this mountain bike and took it out same day had a blast. They also repaired my other bike. The customer service here is incredible. I’ll keep coming back here everytime!

Unprofessional ! I brought in my bike to get tuned up and to have a groupset transferred from one frame to another. I was told that there would be no issues and that they could do it in time for my vacation. They never called me to tell me it was done. I only learned it was after I called them. They were unable to transfer the crankset without ordering a new bottom bracket and just decided to change out the chainrings WITHOUT CALLING ME TO ASK FIRST! i asked them to order the necessary parts and to finish the swap as originally agreed. When it was done, they still DID NOT CALL ME TO INFORM ME! It was when I called to check status I learned it was "ready". The bill was WAY more than I was quoted as well. WAY MORE! a test ride revealed that they did not even have the brakes tuned and I had to ask them to fix the rear. To add insult to injury, they never even advised me that they charged me an additional 3.5% for using my debit card ! When I asked them about it all he said was, "It is right there!" pointed to a sticker in the corner of the counter nowhere near the cash register. I am in the market for a Hardtail MTB but after this experience I will never do business with them again! Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent !

From this shop, you can expect the very best products alongside the very best service. I’m just getting back into cycling and am looking to do more road riding rather than mtb like I used to. I came into the shop with a general idea of what I was looking for and a list of models I was looking at. With my budget, I was looking at either a marlin 5 or something from treks hybrid lineup. Mike was fantastic. He set me up with a verve 2. Now, the bike was great, but after about a week I discovered it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I came back into the shop and they totally worked with me and set me up with an FX2 which is absolutely perfect. The guys at the shop were totally accommodating and understanding. Also, if you get accessories they will put them on the bike for you. I’ve come here for years ever since I bought my first bike from them and they helped keep it in tip top shape.

Sold me a bike and when I went and picked it up, they had sold it to someone else before I could pick it up.
