Top notch service - my daughter had a seat stolen from a new trek bike. I asked if they carried the same seat; owner tells me to come back the next day and hands me a similar used seat - no charge. Needless, he has gotten my business since then. Great selection of bikes and gear at their Toms River store. Ortley is a great location for simple/common gear and bike service.

Extremely rude owner! Called to ask if it was possible to exchange bicycles that we won on the boardwalk at Easter because we were told that we were able to. Obviously, we couldn’t do it on Easter Sunday. I kept the bikes in my garage and never touched them in hopes we could get a credit and then pay whatever the difference was for a new bike. I didn’t even get to fully ask my question and he was extremely rude telling me I cannot call 6 months later and as I was trying to explain myself, nothing but an attitude came out of his mouth. If he told me he cannot do it I would have totally understood but there was no need for him to give me attitude for trying to ask a question. I did call a few weeks ago with no return phone call which I assumed was accidental.... now I know he did not want my business at all. Can we please stop giving people like him business. There are plenty of bike shops with owners who want and need the business who actually treat their customers with respect.
