Honest work by the best mom-and-pop bike shop in NYC. Keep this bicycling institution alive! Jerry, Joanie, Sam, Evan, and Lenny are nice people and do solid work. The best bike shop! Jerry helped me put together a beautiful fixed-gear/single-speed bike from scratch, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This is the best bike I've ever had, and it's been an absolute pleasure to ride since I picked it up a few weeks ago. I'm constantly amazed by how well the final fit and finish are, and how much thought and attention to detail Jerry put into the final assembly. It's a solid bike, and I can't thank Jerry enough for his excellent work. Thank you so much, guys.

Really deserves all the great review. Very professional and just the way they make it so friendly makes you feel great. Definitely can make this your go to bike shop.

Excellent, quick service at a reasonable price. I have worked many times with Jerry and Joani at Peak Bicycle Pro to ship my bikes to California and back. According to the other shops, my bikes are nicely packed every time. Very fair prices and great service. Easily the best bike shop in Queens!

Jerry and the rest of the team at Peak Bike shop understand customer service and have real cycling expertise to back it up. I took my outdated Schwinn in for a new shifter. This old thing probably isn’t worth the time to repair or effort to source replacement parts. That didn’t stop Jerry from scouring the web and his bike pile to find a replacement for a discontinued 5 gear shifter and rear derailed. He never gave up on the project and honored his original quote despite going above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road. Love this shop and will be a loyal customer moving forward! -Justin
