If I could give zero stars I would. April 8, 2023 I ordered a custom frame from this shop. I was told they were 8 weeks out and I agreed to have the frame built. Over the next few weeks communication was good and a few changes were made to the geometry of the frame. I got the invoice for $750 and paid it, since the payment was made I have not heard from them. I’ve sent multiple emails over the years, used the contact form on their page and have been ignored. Talking to a few people on a Facebook page I found out that I am not the first person this has happened to. I sent one more message through the contact page a few days ago asking for my money back, that message was also ignored. It sounds like this shop is good to local customers but is scamming customers online.

Very cool BMX and skate shop here in Athens - Dave helped get my vintage BMX bike frame looking as good as it has in years. Super nice dude and honestly the kind of guy you want to do business with. I'll be back!

I dropped off my 6 year old's bicycle and David put on a new back tire and adjusted her training wheels so that the new wheel doesn't wear out. I was able to pick it up the very next day. Super convenient, great value. We appreciate Pedal Driven Cycles!
