My wife and I both bought new bikes from Pedal Power this year. Megan was easy to work with and got us the bikes of our dreams! The setup of the new bike was exactly to my specs so I didn't find it necessary to make any adjustments. The bike rides great, I'm very happy with the purchase. I picked up the bike in February '23 and already have a couple thousand miles on it, loving every mile:)

Pedal Power is a small, boutique type bike shop with amazing owners (John and Megan) and team members (Anna, Isaac, and Kaya just to mention a few). They have a wide variety and are well stocked with bikes and products; everything you need in 1 shop! The team is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly, low key, with a "no pressure" sales approach. Their philosophy is to serve each customer individually. I could not be happier with my Trek bike purchase. They have treated me and my bike like royalty, missing no detail. I highly recommend Pedal Power and support my hometown of Eagle-Vail and this small business that prevails here. Cheryl

Megan and John are always so welcoming and glad to see their customers. Their product knowledge is terrific and they do a phenomenal job keeping our high tech bikes running at peak performance. They are our "go to" bike shop in the Vail Valley.
