Fast service! Kind and friendly staff too! Helped me with my flat, explained why it happened, and helped me pick out a new bike pump too. Replaced my tube and made recommendations all under 10 minutes. Will be back again!

I cannot recommend Pedal Power enough. I recently went in for a second opinion on getting my brakes fixed on my Trek bike after visiting another shop where I was told my repair would be hundreds of dollars. John was incredibly friendly and offered multiple solutions to my issue. He actually encouraged me to try a less expensive solution. He communicated a clear timeline of when I could expect to hear back. The repairs were done on time and at an exceptionally reasonable rate. He definitely earned a customer for life after this experience.

This is an awesome bike store and I highly recommend it! My previous bike store was Belmont Wheelworks, until I moved to Concord a couple of years ago. I was happy with my previous bike shop but then discovered Pedal Power Bike & Ski in Acton and haven't looked back! I am buying my third bike from them this week. Jay is a great sales guy and John is my go-to bike tech. Both are excellent resources for anything bike: makes, models, features, accessories, shoes, helmets, etc.

I'd give this place a 3.5 if I could. It's hit or miss. Price's for bikes are fine but the service is VERY expensive, and I'm not sure about the quality. Among other shoddy experiences, I very recently bought a e-bike for my mom to be delivered here, and when she took it for a spin for the first time, the second gear had a seriously concerning skipping/grinding noise. I looked up the manual to the geared hub and found that it was not setup correctly. C'mon guys. Gears are one of THE things to check before sending a bike out the door. I know I could have had them fix it but still.
