Had been taking my bike to a closer shop but returned to Pedal Pushers for its annual maintenance this year. They corrected an ongoing gearing problem and when I got it back it was like riding a brand new bike. Fair price too. Excellent work! Updated 03.10: As always, excellent customer service!

The team at Pedal Pushers are absolutely amazing! Apparently they can keep a secret too! Jim and my wife plotted on surprising me for my birthday and did a great job selecting a bike for me! These guys have saved me on more than one occasion! The thing that i like most about Jim, Ted and the rest of the team is they actually care about you and your experience with them. They have figured out the formula for fantastic customer service! Everything is affordable and if they don't have it in the store they will order it and have it to you in a timely manner! I can't say enough about these guys!

Kudos to this bike shop. They are big on education and are honest to a fault. I took my bike in for a specific service but discovered that it wasn’t needed. They spent time to share information, inflate the tires, lube the chain, and declined any compensation.

I love the team here. They are very kind and friendly. They are always on top of fixing our bikes when we have an issue and get the repairs done in a great time frame for us! Would highly recommend for your bike needs!

This shop is great. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had them do significant work on two bikes and the work was done quickly and done right the first time. They also communicate well. As crazy as it might sound, I bring my bikes from Ohio (when I visit my brother in H-Burg) to have Pedal Pusher do the work. I highly recommend them.
