I recently visited Pedal & Spoke with the intention of buying a Yakima hitch extender, but ended up leaving with a Specialized bike for my wife as well. Our experience at this shop was nothing short of fantastic.The staff at Pedal & Spoke were incredibly accommodating, providing valuable advice and assistance tailored to both beginners and experienced cyclists. Their patience and expertise were evident as they helped us navigate our options without any pressure. While I initially came in just for the hitch extender, I was so impressed by the shop’s selection and pricing that we decided to explore bikes. We found a Specialized bike that offered excellent value for its weight and it came with hydraulic brakes. The price was unbeatable, making it a no-brainer for us to make the purchase. After we bough the bike I put the extender on at home and noticed the fit wasn't right for my Wrangler. This wasn't a problem for this shop. They happily accepted my return and advised on a better alternative that worked! I was able to get the Kuat Hi-Lo Pro. I couldn't be more satisfied. Overall, Pedal & Spoke exceeded our expectations with their top-notch service and competitive pricing. Whether you’re a cycling novice or a seasoned pro, this shop is a fantastic place to find quality gear and receive knowledgeable, friendly support. Highly recommended!

Long story short, they told me over the phone they couldn't fix my flat tire on my e-bike and get me on the road. I gave em all the specs and still they said they could do it so I showed up and after 5 mins looking at it they said" they weren't able to help me because they don't carry my bike's brand and that it was too much for them" that's exactly what they said. Update after ready the owner's answer to my review: no Cables were rubbing against any rotors and it literally takes 20 mins to do a simple tube replacement on my bike. I know cause I've done it furthermore, they didn't even tell me about " the cables rubbing against the rotors" you should specify that you only work on the brands you carry instead of telling people you're gonna take care of them and lie to them.

I see the owner of this shop does read his reviews on Google. Good! I am not happy with this Pedal and Spoke bike shop. I've had a very, very expensive bike and other cheaper bikes worked on here several times before. I've been mostly happy. I stopped in yesterday with a bike that needed derailleurs tuned. The owner of the shop was VERY rude to me. Said it would be $25 to adjust each derailleur ($50 for 5 minutes of work adjusting limiting screws - no discussing prices - period). I've been a good customer of this shop previously. I took my bike with me and will NEVER revisit this business again. I really wish I could give them 0 stars on Google. Don't trust these people with your business!!! Ugh - I'd really like to understand why they were so unreasonable with me....

Great shop for follow-up service and advice for all bikers. Graeme has very helpful with my bike upgrade and service recommendations (including mountain bike fork service!) My wife and I had a great experience working with Anna and Kirk for our bike selections. Patiently answered all our questions and assembled a Sirrus X within a day so I could test ride one in my size. Great staff and advice!

Wow!!! I just came to have my wife's bike looked at. Not even 5 minutes later, they fixed the issue, charge me an incredible reasonable price & sent me on my way. Will definitely remember this place next time I need a repair!! Great job, & thank you fellas!!
