Tom is the true example of customer service. A business that gives back to community and supports local non-profits. Thank you Tom for being community and providing a space for others to engage in fitness. Your rental service has allowed me and others to get an opportunity to try the luxury of your bikes before we make the purchase.

I have to say Tom (The owner) was a great person to work with. I live in Tucson and the Petego shores closed so I had to find another shop closer by to get another set of bikes (YES we love them that much) See, we are snowbirds and have a set at our primary home and decided to get two more for our Arizona home. When I called about availability of certain models Tom was so very helpful and informative we decided to make the 1:30 trip to visit his store. Once we got there he had our chosen bikes outside ready to go. We "test drove" them and was very happy. We walked into his store and saw a couple of other bikes available and decided to ride them. One was a used Petego with only a few miles on it (which my wife ended up wanting) and the one I ended up purchasing was a floor model. Tom made the entire experience a joy and pleasure. I HIGHLY recommend Tom's store if you're interested in either purchasing or renting a Petego.

Honestly the best bike shop in Ahwatukee. Tom, the owner and operator is always there (except Mondays) to help me and he has always had me in and out within minutes. I find random things to purchase just to thank him for all the free labor he has given me and he is the kindest person I have met. I went to one bike shop in Ahwatukee and they looked annoyed and said they don't work on anything but their own bike. Another one said I would have to leave the bike for 3 days and it would be $75 to look at it. He made it even sound dangerous to ride. Went to Tom at Pedeco of Ahwatukee. It just needed some brake oil and he had me on my way in perfect working condition within minutes at no charge. He also sells gorgeous and unique electric bikes and rents out great looking e bikes as well. Honestly I wouldn't bother wasting any time going anywhere else. Tom at pedego worth the visit

I highly recommend Pedego Ahwatukee. Tom is great... very knowledgeable with a wide selection of bikes. If you're having issues w different brand, Tom's willing to check it out too.

I had a great experience with this E-Bike store. I was concerned about asking for maintenance because I had bought my bike online. The owner Tom was very helpful and informative. I can not say enough good things about this store and highly recommend giving it a try.
