Mark and his team are the best! They provide excellent service - even for my husband's Pedego that he didn't get from them! I can always call with questions and Mark goes out of his way to help. He has my bike ready the same day (we live 2 hours away). I would not go anywhere else. We love our Pedego's. They are reliable, the range of the motor is great and they bike fantastic. We always get positive comments.

I had such a great experience with Pedego Colorado Springs! Ken really took the time to help me understand my options. Truly a pro! He is knowledgeable and professional. Ken walked me through everything from the basic features and functions to the available features and accessories. I am a plus sized woman and he took the time to ensure I would have the bike that fit my needs, my size, and would make riding fun. I found the perfect bike for me and put over 10 miles on the first day! I’m so glad I made the choice to do my business here. I look forward to long relationship with Pedego Colorado Springs.

I bought a used trike here a couple years ago, It was really like new. They were all so helpful and kept the bike for me until I could get there 3 days later. They loaded it in our truck and all around good experience! Never have had a problem with it. Thanks!

I'm so glad we wandered into this shop at Chapel Hills Mall. Ken was super helpful. He is knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try to push us into a sale. He took the time to listen and help me find the best e bike for my goals and needs. He made sure we understood the options and the pros and cons of each. They have great customer service and offer free delivery. Being able to test ride the different models was so helpful because the bikes feel and handle so differently. You just can't get this kind of service or knowledge at a big chain sporting store or online.
