Keith was amazing. He helped us choose the perfect bikes for us then expedited our order, assembly and customizations to accommodate our travel schedule. We have ridden the bikes multiple times now on our cross country travels and they are great! Can’t recommend Pedego Gilbert enough.

Keith helped me out with a battery problem on my wife's e-bike. He was able to show me how to easily get the battery out of sleep mode. I found him to be very honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He even mixed in a little humor. I ended up buying an e-bike for myself as well ... and I'm having a blast! Definitely a fun toy for those of us that are chronologically challenged .... but not yet ready to be locked away! :)

The most amazing customer service i have ever gotten in my life!!! My bike is amazing and was able to get it at a low, low price. Keith is awesome. So is his dog Marley!! Thanks for all the help Pedego.

Keith is a great guy, took lots of time trying to help us, even helping us find a demo somewhere else to ride, because he didn't have a specific model on the floor. Don't know if we'll buy from him in the end, but not because he isn't deserving, it would only be that he didn't have the right solution for our needs. It is worth your time to go there if you are shopping for an ebike!
