My friends and I booked a group trip (4 couples) on a ride to the Shirley winery. From the first point of contact, Henley made this a pleasant and fun experience. She worked with us to make the reservation a seamless experience. The shop is adorable in the cutest location right off the train station (we took the train in from Virginia Beach for a full day of fun!). Henry was our guide and he was definitely patient and did an excellent job leading our group safely to the winery. They came back and picked us up and even were sweet enough to drop us all back off at the train station. It was such a beautiful ride and a day that we will truly never forget. Thanks for helping is make these great memories!! I definitely recommend this place!!

I love the Pedego electric bike that I got my wife. It is stylish and fun. They also have very attractive baskets, basket liners, and saddle bags that make the bike very practical for going to the store or bring things on a bike ride. I think I know what I going to get my wife for Christmas. If you stop in, be sure to ask about their bicycle tours - you can rent a bike, enjoy the outdoors, and stop for a meal at interesting places.

Gene & Henley are wonderful! My dad is handicapped so we came in looking for an electric bike that would work for him. We ended up renting an e-bike for the day to try out. They were incredibly patient & helpful - they even helped us load the bike into our van. Great people & quality bikes! ☺️

Biked from downtown over to Belle Isle with electric bikes from Pedego! Electric was definitely the way to go as it got pretty hilly in some areas of our trek. Great experience would absolutely rent bikes here again.

Mom and I rented two bikes to try them out. They are fantastic and I highly recommend trying before buying. We returned to the store on the rented bikes and purchased two bikes (Elements). The sales staff is super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend getting a Pedego Electric Bike from the store on Cary Street!
