Wow! I'm new to e-bike ownership. As a senior, it's important to have reliable help for those technical issues. Pedego was such a great experience!! My son had put the bike together, and there were a few new bike kinks, but Jeff got me in right away and in 20 minutes, he had everything tip-top shape and I was on the road! This is my car, so I will definitely be a future customer of Pedego Sandusky and recommend that you do the same!

I bought an electric scooter from this place and OMG I’m so in love with it. I get to zoom all over to town and even went all the way to Huron and back on one charged battery. Any issues I’ve had (which has only been one and was so easily fixed ) they are more than welcome to help me out. I suggest this place to anyone who inquired about my scooter and where I purchased it. Definitely think about this place when you have purchasing any electric bike/scooter on your mind 10/10 would recommend xoxo

I just wanted to say how amazing Pedego bikes is! I previously bought my bike in Maumee Ohio last year before that shop closed and Jeff came and did the tune-up on my bike and went above and beyond this place is amazing and if you ever get an electric bike you should check this place out! great customer service and I absolutely love my bike! best thing I have ever bought
