Great customer service. They give a thorough explanation of all of features of your bike, and they take the time to make sure you understand what you are getting. Friendly employees with a fun attitude. They even helped me squeeze it into my car. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more specialized bike as they seem to have a wide selection. All around a great experience!

This bike shop not only provides excellent products, customer service, and professional advice, but they are an incredible community member. I am generally wary of bike shop employees because of past experience at other shops, but my experiences have always been great here. I built my own bike with a dynamo front wheel, and needed advice on purchasing and installing lights to attach to my front wheel generator. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When I told them I wanted to do the installation myself, they were supportive and never doubted my abilities. They even gave me a scrap of the wire so I could practice soldering before doing the real thing. I have been on several organized rides run by them, and have been blown away by the support and love they throw into their community. My partner got a flat tire right before the ride started. They could have just left us behind because the ride hadn't actually started yet, but Luke immediately pulled out his repair kit and replaced the tube in less than 5 minutes. For free. And then there were free donuts and giveaways. Incredible. If you're in the market for an e-bike, this place is by far the best option. I can't say enough good things about this place. I love my Gazelle Madeo Ebike and the service I received at Perennial Cycle. They are very professional and friendly. I just received an email from them reminding me to schedule my FREE tune up! That's service!

Scheduled an afternoon test-ride for their Gazelles on Saturday, Andy was very informative and helpful to my fiancée, especially as this is her first e-bike. My own Aventon had a squeaky wheel and I decided to bring it in at the same time. Even though it was a Saturday (tends to be their busiest day), the mechanics managed to both assemble my fiancée’s brand new Ultimate C380+ with mounted accessories AND fix up my bike with new brake pads on the same day. We were able to bike around the lakes during Golden Hour! Really cute gift box presentation, too, and fantastic service from Ben-Caroline. These guys are always hosting social group rides, too. I really appreciate what they do for the community and they’re one of my favourite things in Uptown. Great LBS!

I recently bought my Yuba Kombi E-Bike from Perennial Cycle and love it! I set up an appointment to test drive bikes and the person helping me was very knowledgeable and had a lot of different options available for me to test ride. He helped me accessorize the bike to meet my needs. They even let me borrow a part when an item I ordered was on backorder. I had compared the bike to a few online options but ultimately decided to go with Perennial so that I have an option to bring it in for servicing appointments. My only criticism is that they don't always communicate clearly via text - I recommend calling the store before picking up an order or dropping a bike off for service to confirm that they have availability and/or the bike completely ready.
