I highly recommend this store! The prices are excellent compared to those in New Jersey. Shipping times were outstanding, and the payment methods were convenient. My salesman Nick, was always ready to help throughout the entire purchase process. This guy is worth his weight in gold—ASK FOR HIM! I hope the owners maintain this level of customer service.

I’ve worked with Philbrick’s for YEARS for bikes. When the kids were little, bikes were always purchased and maintained by Philbrick’s. When I was a competitive cyclist, Philbrick’s built and maintained my custom bikes- and provided much-needed emergency services. I just bought 2 e-bikes and am thrilled, once again. Meg and Casey were so helpful! Casey walked through the different types of bikes and we found the perfect ones for my needs. The process was easy and smooth. Highly recommended.

I was at Philbrick's for the first time a month ago. I live in the lakes region of NH and am a cyclist and traveled down to the shop on a recommendation of a local cycling friend. I was in an accident on my bike the end of Nov. 2024, when a car hit me. It "T-boned" me on a back road cross street. My ins. Co. wanted a full evaluation of damage... The bike has a carbon fiber frame and was considered A total loss and unsafe to ride. It was a very impressive report done by a knowledgeable and understanding staff. Craig, the bike Dept. Manager was very thorough and he and staff like Dave made sure I understood every aspect of the report. Megan the store manager was sure that everything was concise and ready for the review by my Lawyer and ultimately by the Ins. Co. I look forward to continuing a customer relationship with Philbrick's and their staff! I highly recommend this shop/staff and the large compliment of high quality equipment, both bike & ski. Searched for what I thought was a simple part for my Brand New snowboard bindings. Not even the Retailer I bought from had it. Found several outside the USA. Fortunately Philbrick's had the right part, charged a very fair price and delivery fee and got it to me before my next ride a few days later. Real impressed, saving their site for any other MTB or Snowboard needs! Cheers!

Nick and Meg at Philbrick's are very professional and friendly. They did a great job getting me a new bike that they unboxed, built, tuned, repacked, and shipped directly to me very promptly. The packing job was excellent with no damage during shipping. They packed the bike so it was very easy to assemble once I got it. I would definitely recommend Philbrick's to anyone!
