I traveled from over two hours away to Piermont Bicycle Connection, and it was 100% worth the travel time. I highly recommend a fit session with Jason. His knowledge and abilities are unmatched, and the whole experience was fun. After my fit session, Jason helped give me options for new road bikes that required the least amount of adjustments. Jason, Sunny, and the team had me out the door with my new bike with all the adjustments that same day. I highly recommend Piermont Bicycle Connection—it is truly a one of a kind shop and experience you will not find elsewhere!

Awesome selection of bikes and very helpful/kind staff. After browsing their website and seeing some bikes I liked, I gave the shop a call, talked through some details, and then set up a time for me to drive from Philadelphia and test ride some bikes. When I arrived at the shop, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Sunny, in particular, helped me from the moment I called the shop to when I was rolling my new Cervelo Soloist out the door. He is top-notch---knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. Great guy overall. All the mechanics who worked on my bike were also top tier. I would highly recommend this shop to any level cyclist.

Great bicycle shop, Frank was very patient in finding the correct bike. Jason did an incredible job with my fitting, taking his time and explaining the importance of each aspect. Highly recommend the bike shop, well worth crossing the bridge from Westchester.

My teenage son and I were looking to repair an old bike but ended up purchasing a Trek Marlin today at PBC. Sunny helped us and was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to provide pros and cons of what to look for and what would also last for a long time especially since my son hasn’t had a growth spurt. He also allowed me to sell them the old run down bike which wasn’t really worth anything. Sunny, as well as the other employees were all so personable and pleasant. I will be highly recommending this business to my friends and families and may even get my own bike at some point. Thanks Sunny:)

I placed an online order for three BMC Twostroke 24” bikes and the transaction was seamless. I received the bikes in no time and the bikes were all in great condition. Sunny at the shop provides great customer service and was very attentive to one concern I had with one of the bikes. At no fault to the shop, Sunny was able to rectify the manufacturer issue I had without any hesitation. Trust this shop to meet your needs and provide professional customer service.
