I love this place! The owner is super nice and is so passionate about connecting with his customers. He’s super knowledgeable about bikes and has been doing this for quite some time! The shop is clean and packed with all different bikes and gear. They are great on response time and turned our bike over in just a few days. Support small businesses and great people and shop at Pops!

They helped me out with a couple of small parts that I needed to fix a bike that I have at home. They had the parts in stock and they ended up not even charging me. The service was great. They knew everything that they needed to know to help me out with my issue and I’ll definitely be back when I need a new bike. Anyone in the Somerville area I would definitely recommend buying and servicing your bikes here

Highly recommended. I kept on tinkering with my hybrid bike and I could never get it right. I took it in for a tune-up with a laundry list of issues and I was met with a receptive staff member. I got a quick 3-day turnaround and all my issues were resolved. My bike has never changed gears as smoothly.

Forgot to shout out to this local gem of a bike shop! I moved to Somerville last summer and while riding areas numerous bike trails, a problem developed with my seat post. Pops (store owner) and his assistant are pleasant, professional and very helpful. He fixed my bike on the spot and I was out the door back on the trails in minutes! Thanks you Pops Bike Shop!
