Fantastic sales support with a new bike purchase. They took the time to adjust a few bikes and test ride several times to get the right fit sorted out. Also have found their bike mechanics helpful with various bike parts I needed to replace on other rebuilds I was doing. They are nice folks that I trust. All of the bikes for my family have been purchased here over 20 years.

My mountain bike was starting to show some signs of use (and abuse) and needed a tune-up. I was a little leery of getting service done on a mid-range bike by a Trek dealer (implication being Trek bikes are extremely expensive, therefore service would follow suit). I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer three levels of service. After getting a free quote on what my bike would need to bring it back to like-new condition, I was told I would only need the basic-level service option ($89) plus any needed parts. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My 3-year-old bike looked, felt, shifted, and rode like new again! The employees are very friendly and helpful and willing to discuss bikes (and my bike). I didn't feel rushed and they answered all my questions.

Amazing experience at this place. I had not ridden in many years, and Mary Lee and the rest of the staff were wonderful and patient with all my questions and bike test rides. I tested out a few bikes until I finally found the one for me. The staff was really helpful with their explanations and recommendations. Liam is great! I bought a new bike and it was the floor model and it kept giving me problems but I brought I back multiple times and every time they welcomed me with a smile and would fix it. After about 5 visits we figured that some bikes were just not meant to be so they rebuilt a new one and I haven’t had any problems since! Super super friendly place to go to and very knowledgeable!!
