Bought my Giant trance from these guys last year at the swap meet. What a great group of people . Very helpful and we're very patient with my test riding a few bikes. Well the bike has seem a few upgrades this year so I'll share a pic .

A fantastic experience! Josh went above and beyond. Not only fitting in a last minute tune-up for an old bike, but he opened the shop on his day off to setup and customize my new Giant Trance for me. He patiently answered all of my questions and had everything I needed to hit the trails when I left the shop. Thank you! Update: Ordered a Giant Liv Tempt 2 for my wife after checking them out at the shop. We ordered an XS based on Giant sizing chart, but when we went to pick it up Josh immediately noticed it wasn't a good fit. He recommended we re-order a size SM instead and made sure everything went smoothly for the exchange. We had the right size bike a week later. Thanks again!

Couldn't ask for better service from Josh. After finding out they magically had the bike in stock I was looking for, Josh opened the shop early the next day with the bike ready for me to ride since we were headed out on a camping trip that day. He made great recommendations without pressure to buy and I'm thrilled with the bike. Thank you!

Just purchased my third Giant. My new Giant Escape Disc 1 (Color: Hematite) from Quick Release Cycles is probably the smoothest rolling, lightest fitness/hybrid bike I have ever experienced. Josh, knows my issues with buying off the rack. (Too tall.) He has always been able to find something that FITS me. I needed to replace my commuter. Had been riding a Trek FX3. My time has been a little tight. So we spoke over the phone and by texts and I have already put my first one hundred miles on in less than 24 hours. Josh's patience and knowledge made this purchase easy and it looks great.
