Raffis is not only an amazing bike shop but also reliable U-Haul dealer. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When the U-Haul I reserved my trailer notified me the renter had not returned with the equipment they recommended me to this location. They understood I was in a time crunch and helped me get the trailer I needed + the hitch ball I forgot (at no extra cost). This location combines the services of a franchise with generosity and understanding of a small business 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again Raffi you’re the man! Shoutout Raffi for fixing my bike and getting me in and out of the shop in like 15 minutes. Thought I'd have to leave my bike overnight because I got the handlebars stuck on the frame and none of my friends who tried could unstick it. He also trued my wheels in like seconds. Thank you!

The last local-owned bike shop in Highland park! Raffi has lived here almost his entire life (25+ years!) and was very kind and helpful. The shop has everything you might need and more to get your bike up and running. Please go support this family business. Raffi told me there used to be 5 bike shops like his in the area, but landlords increasing rates from $3,000/month to $20,000/month is causing businesses to close ☹ honestly that practice is bad for ALL (businesses as well as tenants) in HP.

What an amazing bike shop! I brought in my bicycle today on short notice after my front brakes broke and they fit me in without an appointment same day (5 star service). They then discovered many things that were done "poorly" by the non-professional bike shop who assembled my brand new bicycle 3 weeks ago and made adjustments, including adjusting the brakes and tightening handlebars, among other things which were loose to my surprise. They showed me it could have been assembled better and some things were really sketchy. I was basically driving a moving hazard on wheels and didn't realize. It was pretty dangerous to be honest. They definitely saved my life by addressing the issues! Whatever they did to the brakes, they work 1000 percent better now, way more responsive than before, night and day difference, which is weird because it's a brand new bike. I can stop on a dime now, which before I would have to come to a slow stop. Not sure what they did, but they know what they are doing in terms of doing a "tune-up". They only charged me to install the brakes (very reasonable) and didn't charge me for any of the extra stuff they fixed, including adjusting the brakes to work as they were intended. So nice, very kind people!! Thank you Raffis! Will be back many times to come.
